I first read about you and saw your designs in an old issue of iD magazine. I remember being inside the College of Science in UP, waiting for my class, holding that issue in my hands and being awed by your clothes. That was way back October 2004. Ever since then, I consistently followed each collection. Six years later, February 11, 2010, I read about your untimely death. Now, I’m sure I won’t be able to achieve one dream of mine: to watch and experience one of your fashion shows live. I hope they still show your last collection.

Rest in peace Alexander McQueen. You will always remain an inspiration.
